Pregnancy and Childbirth Class
Would you like to go into labor feeling ready, empowered, and confident? Would you even like to start labor excited to experience it all? Attend the in-person, Traverse City birth class, and you will learn everything you need to know to go into labor equipped to advocate for yourself, to handle the intensity of labor, to be resilient of whatever comes your way. I will help you develop a birth plan, teach your partner ways to help you and feel involved, and give you ways to cope throughout all of it. This is a four part class. Two classes will focus on labor and birth. The third class will be everything you need to know to have a successful breastfeeding journey. The fourth class will cover all the basics of caring for a newborn including ways to encourage your baby’s brain development. Not only will you walk away with a new confidence and loads of information, you will also meet other local couples who are having babies at the same time! I would love to see you in this birth class.
